The room that is available is very large with plenty of lighting, a good size closet, and access to an outside private deck. I prefer a female roommate who is working full-time in the Philadelphia area and enjoys the city life.
There is a grocery store a few steps from the apartment and a strip of great small businesses on the street. Also a 5-minute walk provides access to the Art Museum/Kelly Drive, great restaurants on Fairmount Ave, and the Philadelphia Zoo. The apartment is located in a quickly developing neighborhood with easy access to public transportation (buses, trolley and access to Broad Street Line) and a 10-minute walk to Center City.
