This position is a transition from Client Service Rep to Client Service Manager

Skills / Requirements
Associates Degree or higher
2 years experience in a customer service role, preferably business to business environment
Demonstrated ability to solve problems within the bounds of department policies and procedures
Demonstrated ability to gather and assess information in a fast paced environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet
Listening and rapid comprehension skills are crucial to the success of this position
Ability to stay calm and professional while dealing with difficult client situations
Ability to work independently and as a team member in a collaborative environment
Knowledge of background checks, pre-employment screening and/or human resources would be a plus
