We are two 23 year old female young professionals looking for a roommate in our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom townhouse. It is a three story townhouse with a basement (with laundry) and attic. There is a ton of room, a new updated kitchen, hardwood floors, an outside porch area, and it is partially furnished! The room is a good size on the second floor with an attached bathroom. The bathroom is accessible from the first floor, but is basically your own! We work hard during the week but love to go to happy hour, the gym (yoga, crossfit...you name it), and fun bars on the weekend. You will often find us hanging outside on the porch having wine, a few beers, and chatting! We are looking for someone who is down to earth, respectful, and fun.
