I am moving from my apartment in University City to a furnished apartment in KOP. I am looking to sell almost all of my furniture. I would like to sell these items as soon as possible. I have the below items available for sale:
Black leather (aka pleather) Sectional: This includes twp large corner pieces, one ottoman, and two regular seats. Durable and easy to clean, this couch has served me very well at this apartment! I simply wipe it down with a damp paper towel or wipe and it comes clean. These sections are large and relatively light. I can carry a section by myself/without assistance. Perfect for someone who likes to rearrange their furniture all the time or for those who like to move sections out in order to vacuum or sweep behind them. This couch is also perfect for those with pets because pet hair does not stick to this material!!! The sofa must be taken out through the back door/alley due to how narrow the front of my apartment is.
Pop-up Closet: Metal frame for a closet has four plastic shelves on the right hand side and then a rack for your clothes taking up the remainder of the frame. This closet has a fabric shell and zips up the middle to create to mock doors.
Wooden Bar Chairs: I have four wooden bar chairs with fabric/felt cushioned seats. I was using these at my dining room table, but they were too large for my apartment and have been sitting in my basement for most of their life. I have been having a small problem with a few of the larger screws on the chairs. When actively using them, I had to tighten the screws every other week. These are high quality pieces, but have seen some wear.
Room Divider/Wooden Screen: These are two beautiful ornate wooden curtain wall-dividers. These fold up accordion style and beautifully divide a room. They need to be wiped down with some pledge, but are in excellent condition.
End Tables: I have two matching end tables that are wooden and granite. These were gifts from a friend and are very heavy due to the granite tops; however, they are very sturdy and beautiful pieces for the right home.
Coffee Table: I have a black Ikea coffee table that has seen some wear and tear. This is great for a college dorm. I am currently using it as a stand for my large flat screen TV.
Freestanding Black/Metal Lamps: This is a black office lamp with adjustable lamps. It has three bulbs and all of them can be turned on/off separately.
Freestanding White Accordion Lamps: I have two silver metal lamps with white accordion shades. Both are almost brand-new and in perfect working order, but I have no need for them at my new apartment.
Futons: I have two futons from college that I took with me to furnished my barely used basement.
TV: I have a huge flat screen TV that has been giving me a lot of problems. You have to turn it on and off multiple times before it will come on and stay on.
Dresser and Bedside Table: Wooden dresser with matching bedside table. Light wear excellent quality! Real wood and a matching set.
Wicker Chest: Set of three wicker drawers. I have owned these for a long time and they have definite wear on the top of the highest shelf.
Desk Lamp: Silver lamp with glass encasement and off white shade.
Workout Bar: Black pull-up bar.
White Shelves:home made stand alone shelf with metal brackets: 6 total.
Miscellaneous Housewares: candle stick holders, bathroom decorations, etc.
Microwave: Small black microwave in great working order.
Curtains: three green panel curtains, one double set of patterned blue curtains, and two double sets of white.
